After receiving a BS in Architecture From the University of Michigan in 1992, Jeb Brookman was admitted to the architecture program at the Cooper Union in NYC where he had the opportunity to study with such architectural luminaries as Peter Eisenman, Lebbeus Woods and John Hejduk

Upon obtaining a Bachelor of Architecture from Cooper Union Jeb went on to become a principal designer with NYC architectural and structural engineering firm Anchor Consulting were he gained substantial experience in specialized residential, commercial and new construction in NYC.

After Jeb's tenure at Anchor Consulting he was recruited by a Wall Street financial company, Worldco, to head the Design and Implementation Department where he spearheaded the national expansion of the company and designed, managed and facilitated construction in over 100,000 sf of commercial space throughout the country.

In 2003 Jeb was invited to act as an associate for Architects Kauai in Kilauea, HI where he designed custom residences and assisted in the master planning of an 8 acre estate.

Upon his return to NYC in 2004 Jeb joined Watson + Associates, a high end commerical interiors firm as a principal designer and project manager where he master planned a 140,000 SF move and expansion for Refco one of the largest bond trading companies in the industry.  Jeb also was the PM for the design and implementation of several high end commercial projects in NYC as well as for a community outreach facility located in the Yorkville neighborhood in Manhattan.

manifest ARCHITECTURE DESIGN was founded in early 2007 with the goal of creating unique, creative, innovative and specialized design solutions for commercial and residential projects.  Jeb is currently working on a 5,000 sf residence in the Blue Ridge Mountains of Western NC, exterior restoration projects in NYC and developing multi-family residences in Philadelphia, PA.
